Admission
Registration Procedure
To get registered, you have to fill the application form provided along with this prospectus. Student can collect the prospectus from any of the authorized center and register in any of our
NCSM Study centers.
NCSM Center provides regular and University courses (only at selected study center). The site description, Center code name and student ID code are to be mentioned in the application form at the time of admission. These details can be obtained by prospectus for the all courses. The total fee has to be paid at the time of registration. The student has to mention the name of course while filling the application form. Once the student is registered at the head office only up gradation in the course shall be entertained and not otherwise.
(A) Submission of Application Forms

Photo copy of all the required documents (duly attested) is to be submitted with the application form. |

A Student Identification card (ID-Card) will be issued to all the registered students through the study centre at the beginning of the course, which has to be carried along within the centre premises. |
(B) Enclosures With The Application Form
|
One recent passport size photo is to be pasted in the application form and one passport size photograph attached for ID card |

Photo copy of the last educational qualification and age proof certificate. |

|
|
SC / ST / OBC / Handicap / Widow Student has to submit their certificate. |

Diploma Course and Advanced Diploma Course

Evaluation

The minimum qualifying marks for the examination are as follows: |

STUDENT TERMS & CONDITION
- Every student should abide by the rules & regulation of the NCSM and its Study Centre’s.
- Student will not be admitted to a course without completing the Admission Procedures and Formalities.
- Any fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- All the equipments and computers of the centre have to be handled carefully and as per the instructions. If there is any loss due to man-handling, penalty will be charged.
- Student having 70% attendance in the each Semester are eligible to appear in the Semester exam.
- If any exam has been missed due to any reason, the student is not entitled for any fees refund.
- In case of any updation of the name and course, the student will have to pay fees Rs.200/-.For re-issuing of the I-card, the student will have to pay a fees of Rs.100/-.
- Student when asked to meet the management with parent/guardian must fellow the instruction strictly.
- The management of NCSM takes every measures for the good career of the student, for which the co-operation of student is expected.
- The Decision of the centre head will be final in all the matters.
